In addition to his successful consulting firm, Bowen, Inc., Jim is co-founder and president of CompliantCare, LLC, a billing service for small healthcare providers who’s mission is to increase profits and reduce liabilities for health care providers through accurate and efficient insurance claim submission, which ultimately allows the provider to focus on treating patients, and not the preparation of paperwork.

Jim has written multiple articles in professional periodicals on topics as varied as tax, legal compliance, healthcare, practice management.
In addition, he has coordinated with and provided advice to various State Associations, trusts and non-profit groups.
